Refreshing sim data

Hi I got a new Samsung A21s and every time I lose phone signal its says refreshing sim data and I need to restart my phone orelse take out the sim and leave it out so I can use my internet. I have tried a Vodafone sim card in my phone I don't have any issues .. I have changed my APN settings and even reset my phone to factory settings and the problem still arises. Is there an issue with 48 and Samsung

Do a search and you'll see that that is a fairly common issue with Samsung phones on 48 and globally and there doesn't seem to be any failsafe fix that I am aware of unfortunately.
