What do you mean by your "number is not renewing"?
Have you tried viewing your account on the app rather than the website or vice versa in case it makes a difference?
Were you ever able to make calls?

Ok, unfortunately I've no idea why that is happening so you'll have to pursue it with 48 support to get them to look into it.

Folks,

- Auto renew failure.
- Credit Card is unchanged.

I'm a very new customer, 1 successful auto renew in January and a failed auto renew for February.

Is this usual with 48?

Thanking you.

It seems to happen to some users from time to time for some reason.
You'll have to contact 48 support about it.
Maybe try registering the card details again in case that helps.
Another alternative is to just buy a few memberships in advance.

Hope this helps.
