Is this your first membership or were you able to send texts before?
What does your online account say about your current membership status, expiry date and text allowance balance?
Also what does it say about your next membership status and start date if applicable?
Could it be that you have another membership in place which has not yet expired and you have used up your text allowance?
In that case you need to buy a text add-on to tide you over until the current membership runs its full monthly course, expires and the newly purchased membership kicks in.
