Porting from eir to 48 failed - eir say no problem their end

My porting has been rejected from eir to 48 I’ve already prepaid 2 months balance in my 48 sim still it’s showing porting rejected I contacted eir and they said there’s no problem from their end idk what to do help me out !

Eir really should be able to tell you why it failed. 

You might need to contact them again.
