Paid membership but cant use my phone

It says that i have paid my membership but is giving me no texts, calls, NOTHING. It even says that i have 0 mins but that i have paid until november 😕

In your online account what is your expiry date?

Does it list a current and a next membership or just a current membership?

It says that it runs up the 16/11/13... But i cant text or make calls.

So your current membership runs until midnight tomorrow (16th October) and then your new membership kicks in and lasts until 16th November (midnight)?

 

Perhaps you have simply used up your calls/text allowances on this month's membership which runs until tomorrow at midnight?

 

If so you could buy add-ons to tide you over until then:

On the other hand any chance you breached the fair usage limits and got barred for the remainder of the current monthly membership?

If so then you'll have to wait it out until Thursday and then ask 48 support to lift the ban.

No it said that my memebership ran out yesterday at 23:59 and i was texting and calling up until 23;58 and then everything just stopped working si i assumed it took a while for my new plan to kick in but i still cant use my phone. And i didnt break the fair usge policy so i dunno whats up??

If your previous membership ran out on 14th October at midnight and your newly purchased one runs until 16th November at midnight then I wonder if, somehow, you never received the extra 2 days membership for the recent outage to extend your membership to 16th October? That's the only hypothesis that I can come up with. Do you remember what your "normal" membership month date was? You should contact support to see what the story is but it is indeed a pain being offline in the meantime... 😐

Oh ya thats a possibility actually... Kinda silly though. So as of thursday if i dont have anything then ill have serious problems 😕 I dont remember what date other than the 14th of october. Its a pai especially because im in a new county for college and cant contact anyone. I really wish they had a phone number to contact them because over the internet is annoying if im honest.

Have you logged a ticket with the 48 Care crew?

Nope still not working.. 😕 I asked an agent so ill wait to see how that turns out i suppose. But like a day without my phone is a pain.. Itll turn into two days now and i need my phone asap.....

You should be able to get a replacement sim... i.e like the one in your 48 sim pack, if you get my meaning!
That was a question you asked before.

Im surprised all your data/calls is unavailable to you... pity, at the least if you had internet you could get by on viber app meantime !!!
