I just received my SIM yesterday and I'm trying to pay my membership and get going ever since. Seems to be technical problems or is this just me?

When exactly do you get this error - e.g. when you try to pay with a credit card etc.?
Topping up my credit balance with my saved card details seems to work fine for me right now.
