Can’t buy membership

Can’t buy membership and I’ve been told it’s due to technical error. I can’t make calls since 9am and it’s a very serious situation for me.

What happens when you try to buy membership?

Any error messages?

Who told you that it's due to a technical error?

Are you using the app or the website? 

Try the other one and see if it makes any difference.
