Can't renew plan - "something went wrong" with payment

Good afternoon,

I have tried to renew plan this morning, and got an 'oops, something went wrong' message.  I tried to use existing credit card option, and also new credit card option, to no avail.  Have you got technical issues today?

I just did a membership plan purchase via the Gift Shop now and it went through fine. 

You'll probably have to contact 48 support for further assistance about your payment problems.
