I have bought EU minutes and EU texts before i went on holidays but neither will work so i had to top up to contact family at home in Ireland. Its costing me a fortune every time a make a short phonecall so why are my minutes and texts not working?????? Please sort this out fast!

And what?
Is it not working?
What exactly?
Any error messages?
What behavior?
Can you see any local networks when you scan for them?
What happens when you try to connect?
Remember EU roaming add-ons will not work in non EU countries such as Turkey.
