Credit when roaming

I am currently on holiday and even though it says I have only used 12gb of my roaming allowance it has completely stopped working. Today I purchased €12 worth of credit and this still will not work for me. I need my data roaming as I’m travelling home tomorrow and will have to contact taxis etc to get to the airport from the ferry.

What exactly has stopped working? 

Connection to local network? Calls? Texts? Mobile data? 

What exactly do you mean by "€12 worth of credit"?

What exactly did you buy? 

If you are having problems with roaming mobile data then what are your APN settings? 

Are they configured correctly?

What country/region are you in?

My data roaming shows I have only used around 12gb of my 17. Gb allowance in Greece (eu) yet hasn’t worked for the past 4 days. Today I got sick of tirelessly trying to find some sort of contact page to the actual company and bought twelve euro worth of credit, then converted this to 4gb using the 1gb for €3 option. To which I was heavily dissapointed to find it did not make a difference and ended up being a huge waste of money. I travel home tomorrow and need roaming for sorting taxis etc from ferry airport etc. please someone help

As I previously posted, are you sure that your APN settings are still configured correctly? 

Are calls and texts working but not mobile data?

Yes! If you've used your EU/UK data roaming allowance or simply just want more, then the 1GB data add-on can be used in Ireland and in the EU/UK when you’re on a plan that has roaming included. To purchase your add on, simply Log in to your My48 >> Flexi Data >> Add ons, or just click here.

If that didn't work for you as described then you'll have to contact 48 support for assistance.
