New customer just topped up cant make any calls

I just joined and topped up by 20, it wont let me make a single call what is going on?

 

Yes my phone is unocked and i have 48 sim in phone, on the phone it shows an R beside the coverage bars, have you my coverage restricted?

 

Please help asap or im back off to vodafone again

You topped up but did you then buy membership? What does your online account say about your membership status and expiry date?
