My mobile data won't work

I think it is because of my phone (oneplus x) but I am not sure why it won't work. Someone please help. Thanks

You need to configure your internet/APN settings correctly:

If it still doesn't work then post your settings here for review - ideally screenshots if possible.

 

The settings that usually cause problems are APN type (set it to * or if that doesn't work try default,mms,supl) and Authentication type (leave it blank/unset and don't set it to PAP or CHAP or whatever other instructions on this site tell you as that will not work).
