I log in but i cant see my account details such as when my membership needs to be paid and i cant buy iy online! it just says at the top of the page activating your sim refresh in a few moments and ive done that loads of times but it doesnt make a difference im trying to register a replacement sim but it wont allow me to do that either! what is the problem?
