Moving my number problem

I am moving my number to 48 but yesterday accidently selected the wrong account type, selecting prepaid unregistered instead of billpay. I have since received messages from 48 saying there is a problem with moving my number due to the wrong account being selected but when i follow the link to change the account and start again, the message displayed is 'Transfer in Progress' and I cannot do anything! Can someone please help!

Almost certainly you need to contact 48 support about this as per this key post:

Nobody here is going to be able to sort you out.
