In August 2024 I logged in to simply move from my existing plan over to 5G
November again and they said mistakes wereade but definitely by end of December on my monthly renewal date it will happen
Guess what 10th of January 2025 still on original 4G
Question am I the only Muppet in the same predicament and will be guaranteed yet again will definitely happen end of this month
Maybe 3rd time Success.. but something so easy just inevitably has to become a painful drama to go through

What do you mean by "move from existing plan over to 5G"?
If you want 5G then you just buy the €12.99 plan.
You don't need 48 to intervene in this at all.
What were you asking them to do and what did they undertake to do?
What mistakes were they referring to?
Please explain what exactly was the sequence of events here.
Maybe you have membership auto-renewal enabled and it keeps buying a different plan?
Have you tried just manually buying the €12.99 plan once and seeing if that causes auto-renewal to continue buying it thereafter?
What make and model of phone do you have?
Are you APN settings configured correctly?
