Membership paid but says i still have no call minutes

I paid my membership about 3 hours ago, but it still says that I have no mobile minutes left. In 'my history' it does not say that I have paid, but in the 'my 48' section it states that my membership is paid until 11/12/2013.

If your membership is paid up until 11th December then your current membership must expire today which means 23:59 tonight and the new membership and call mins etc. kick in at midnight. In that case your online account should list your current membership expiring 11th November @ 23:59 and your next membership expiring 11th December @ 23:59. If you need call minutes now then you need to buy an add-on to tide you over the remainder of today.
