I'm guessing that it's an iPhone?
This issue has cropped up a few times before with iPhones.
If you search the forum you will find similar queries.
I've never seen an answer posted though.
Some people even had it working with one version of iOS but then had problems after an update to a later iOS.
You probably need to log a support request to see if 48 can advise as, to date, nobody here on the community forum has been able to answer this one as far as I recall.

Between this and having to activate on new networks iPhones seem to be a lot more hassle than alternatives such as Android based on posts here to date... 😞
