Internet really slow the past week

Has anyone's Internet slowed up a lot in the past week? My Internet at home is usually perfect but now stuff is barely loading and my coverage has
gone down to one bar most of the time

For what it's worth I just ran SpeedTest (http://www.speedtest.net/mobile/) and got this:

Ping 249ms

Download 2146Kbps

Upload 131Kbps

I'm in D1/7 at the moment.
