No Signal at all. Cnt buy a membership online

I have no signal at al with a new sim on my iPhone 4

 

Also i can not buy a membership on your site  for over a week i get this message

We are currently experiencing some technical issues and cannot process your request.
Hang tight, our tech guys are working on it and hope to have it resolved shortly.

 

And yes i have entered all the APN details correct in the phone

I'm having same problem no reply from 48 either sent them two messages...not great customer service!!

For what it's worth the estimated response time for queries is mentioned here:

How long does it take to get a reply?

 

The 48 support crew work 7 days a week from 8am to 10pm. You can expect a reply within 6 business hours, if you've responded to something they've sent you, it'll be 24 hours.


And if something has to be looked at by the tech guys, it can take between 3 and 5 working days to get resolved. If you e-mail in though,  you'll get a reply within 48 hours.
