I was charged twice on 31 December

I was charged twice on 31 December, so instead of 20 euros was charged 40.
How can this second charge be transferred for my January payment?

Maybe you inadvertently bought two memberships one of which has stacked?

 

You took too much money

 

What does your My 48 page say about your current membership and expiry date and any next membership and start date?

 

What does your My History page say about payments/purchases at that time?

If you still think that you were overcharged and did not get an additional membership which has stacked then you need to contact 48 support:

Thank you! My membership status is the same as always, so there is no additional membership stacked and the payment is only reflected in my bank account transfers. I will be contacting 48 support.
