What does your online account say about your current membership and expiry date?
Does it also list a next membership and start date?
If you buy a new membership while there is a current membership in effect then the new one stacks and only kicks in when the current one has run its full monthly course and expires.
Buying a new membership doesn't necessarily give you the new membership allowances immediately.
