No internet from phone when hotspot enabled

Good evening. I bought your card 48, activated it, topped up my account with 13 euros and paid 13 euros for the SIM card. I share the Internet on my son's tablet. When YouTube works on his tablet, the Internet on my phone does not work at all. Please tell me why? Help me with this problem. I live in Dublin 2. Or please tell me where I can go about this problem?

Do you mean that you're using a hotspot on your phone to let the tablet connect to the internet? 

And when you do this the tablet can access the internet but you can't on the phone? 

Sounds like an issue with the phone rather than with 48?

What make and model of phone is it? 

What happens when you can't connect to the internet in the phone? 

Any error messages? 

Can you connect when the hotspot is enabled but no other device is connected to it and using the connection?
