I have cash credit but cant call uk

Can someone please help, this issue is playing havoc with my work today.

I have cash credit but cant phone a uk number.. says i dont have any credit/or have no minutes??

Do you have an active membership?

You need that too even though the membership and its allowances do not cover such calls and you still also need cash credit.

 

If you do have an active membership, you have cash credit on your account and you are using the correct prefixes for the UK number (e.g. +44 ...) then it should work.

If it doesn't then then you'll probably need to contact 48 support for assistance:
