I finished my credit and trying to add credit and it's not accepting my bank pin

You'll need to explain the problem more clearly. 

How exactly are you trying to add credit or buy a membership plan? 

What steps are you taking?

What happens/goes wrong? 

Any error messages? 

What do you mean by "it's not accepting my bank PIN"?

The process for buying stuff on 48 doesn't ask for your bank PIN.
