How do I get emails into my ph, it's not letting me receive them

You need an internet connection (wifi or data) and then you need to configure your email app to send/receive email through whatever service you use.
Do you have wifi and/or carrier data access to the internet?
What email service do you use?
What phone make and model do you use?
What email app do you normally use?
