Why have received an email telling me plan is about to expire when I signed up for your service

Sometimes these emails are sent in error and can be ignored.
Do you have an active membership plan that isn't about to expire?
What does your My48 account dashboard say about your current membership plan status and expiry date?
Are services - incoming/outgoing calls/texts and mobile data - working ok?
If everything is in order then just ignore the email.
