You need to configure the hot spot on your phone and then it will appear as a wifi network that the iPad can connect to.

go to settings > Mobile Data Options> select Mobile Data Network> Scroll to Hotspot and select APN and enter 48months.liffeytelecom.com bress the back button and your done.
