You need to get a replacement SIM:

or get a new SIM:
and then don't register it but log a support request to ask 48 support to transfer your existing account/membership/credit over to the new SIM:

You might have to log a support request anyway now to ask 48 to help you out.

i topped up by 10e and i did not get credit on my phone could you send me 10 e onto my sim or something cuz i topped up and i have no credit

What does your online account say about your membership status/expiry date and cash credit balance?
Are you saying that your topup did not top up your cash credit balance? Or are you sure that you're not confusing topping up with buying membership?
If you top up your credit balance then you still need to buy membership as a separate step.

Unlike many other pay as you go networks having credit on your account is not sufficient for you to use services (calls, texts, data) on 48. On 48 you always need membership to use services.

i had still left 3e on balance and couldnt call all day today then i toped up 10e and wrote monthly to 1745 and i got message back that could not feftch content sorry and 10 gone what can i do?

I am Tahir , Can you please advice me , as i have topped up by 10 euros twice on 26/8/2013 and my top up was declined by 48 network , but the money was taken from my bank account . Can you tell me whom should i contact to resolve this issue , as i had tried to contact an agent several times but the system says that its not possiblle to have an acces to the agent this times and am worried .
