Auto-renewal won't use cash credit on your account - it'll always use the registered payment card.
Buy the requisite number of monthly membership plans manually (e.g. if you're on the €12.99 plan then you can buy 3 plans with €50 and you'll have €11.03 cash credit remaining on your account afterwards), pay for them using your cash credit balance, they'll stack on your account and kick in automatically one after the other and the auto-renewal option will only kick in again when they are used up.
If you need to contact 48 support about this then see the links in my signature below.

How can I pay my monthly payment with my account balance? If the automatic monthly payment option is disabled, will the website use my account balance to automatically pay the monthly payment?

Do it manually.
See my previous post:
If you have sufficient cash credit on your account then the Buy Plan page checkout will give you the option of paying for it using the cash credit rather than using a payment card.
