Can't make calls or send texts

My memberships not due to be gone and I can't make calls or send texts what is going on please fix it as I need it ?

Did it work before and then just stop?

What does your online account say about your membership status, expiry date and allowance balances?

Did you get any emails/texts from 48 about your membership/usage?

Any chance you breached the fair usage limits and got barred for the remainder of your current membership month?

 

Fair Use Policy/ Acceptable Use Policy

 

Can you receive calls/texts?

If all else fails - as mentioned above - contact 48 support for help.

Set up phone to make and receive calls in UK. New back in Ireland and can't make or receive calls what to do
