My calls and texts still arnt being received properly is there anything else you can do

Did this ever work?

Can you make calls/send texts?

Do you have membership?

What does your online account say about your membership, expiry date and calls/texts/data/cash credit balances?

Any chance you breached the fair usage limits and got barred for the remainder of your current monthly membership?

I can't send text either, it's so frustrating. What can I do?

Can you receive texts?

Did sending ever work?

If so when did it stop and what changed just before it stopped?

If it never worked then is your SMSC number configured correctly:

Just found out that I can send texts from another blackberry but not from my Z10. What is it about the Z10?

Could it be a corporate phone that has some restrictions on changing stuff like that?

No it never worked it really frustrating ,I can make calls and texts ,and I have a membership

If you can't receive texts then make sure that your SMS inbox isn't full.

If you can't receive calls reliably then I don't know what's wrong unless it's a handset problem.

Do you receive any calls/texts?

Do you have any call redirection enabled by any chance?

Can you try another unlocked phone for a day or two to test maybe?

In only receiving texts from some people and I'm not receiving them from a lot of people and I'm not receiving any calls , this only started happening when I switched to 48 so I don't think it's the hand set
