registering replacement sim

I would like to change my number but stay on 48 network, I have received my micro sim but I cannot register it as I keep getting a message saying I cannot access the page..when I try to just normally register the sim it won't let me as my email address is already in use..how do I register this sim?

Hi

This subject often pop's up on the forum.

There is a difference between ordering a replacement sim & a New sim.

I am assuming you ordered a replacement sim...

The replacement sim is really only applicable for lost sim/stolen handset.

In all other case's a New Sim is required.

In your case it would be correct to order a New free sim while not logged in to the 48 site.

When you receive new sim - log a ticket for support before putting sim into handset - have the detail's of sim that are required to hand and add this when logging said ticket - as suggested in guide, support will then add the new 48 sim to your account.

Did you port from your previous carrier... or just chose to get a New 48 089 number when you registered on 48 initially?
