i top up now and i cannot called or text it says barred call

What does your online account say about your membership - current, expiry date and next (if applicable)?

No am currently on membership but i didn't use it for couple of months but now that I am back then I put my sim. On the phone and I top on my memberships but when I wanted to call it say call barred and I can't even text

Ok if you have a current membership but outgoing calls and texts don't work then you'll need to contact 48 support about this to see if they can sort it out for you.

Can you receive calls and texts?
If you were of 48 for several months then they might need to re-enable your account.
Any chance that last time you were on 48 you breached the fair usage limits and got barred?
