Do texts and mobile data work OK for you?
When were calls working OK for you last?
Did anything change on the phone since then?
What happens when you try to make a call?
Any error messages?
What happens at the caller's end when somebody tries to call you?
Any error messages at that end?

Did you activate your SIM ok?
Is the correct number appearing on your My48 account?
Is your phone unlocked for use on any network?
Do you have a connection to the 48 network - i.e. signal bars?
If not then if you do a manual search for networks can you see and connect to 48?
Can you make calls, send/receive texts, use mobile data?
What happens at the caller's end when they try to call you?
Any error messages?
