Are other people having problems with purchasing membership off their visa cards?

No matter what I do I cannot seem to pay for anything online with my card. No matter who's account I try to pay from and who's card I use it will not work, I'm getting very annoyed and need to know is it just me or what? What else can I do?

Yes - I had problems recently too.

In the end using the laptop and Chrome worked.

Using Dolphin browser on Android or Chrome on Android did not work.
