If you want assistance from the Community Forum then you need to explain/describe your issue clearly. 

What do you mean by "I made a purchase with 48 membership" and "I don't have access" (to what exactly)?

When were things working ok last? 

Did anything change since then? 

E.g. phone software update, settings changes, factory reset/restore, new phone handset, returned from roaming abroad, etc.?

Do you have an active membership plan? 

What exactly is/isn't working? 

Do you have a connection to the 48 network - i.e. signal bars? 

If not then if you do a search for networks can you see and connect to 48?

If not then what happens? 

Any error messages? 

If you do have a network connection then do any services work? 

Incoming/outgoing calls/reviews, mobile data? 

If not then what happens when you try to use these services?

Any error messages?
