New to 48 - something gone wrong with first purchase

Hi. I’ve just received my sim-card. I have problems with activating it though. When I put in my card information and choose a credit to put into my membership it says that something goes wrong. I am from Sweden and I changed from a Swedish phone number to this Irish number that I got from 48.ie . My payment card is Swedish so I don’t know if that’s why I’m having troubles with the payment. However I’ve received mails with invoices for the plan I’ve “ordered”. Please help me with the payment and activation of my sim-card.

You'll probably need to contact 48 support about this issue. 

They don't generally monitor or respond to posts here on the Community Forum.
