I topped up €10 yesterday but it says nit paid cab you please help

Great - glad it helped.

This means that your membership will expire at midnight on 14th June 2014 and you need to buy a new one then or beforehand.

Note that if you buy one beforehand your current membership still runs until 14th June.

If you happen to use up membership allowances before 14th of the month then you can buy add-ons to tide you over:

When buying membership you can either topup your credit balance and then buy the membership/add-ons online or by text and pay for them from your credit balance. Or you can buy them directly and pay for them by credit card online. You won't need cash credit on your account unless you use any of the services not covered by membership allowances:

What does your online account say about your membership status, expiry date and cash credit balance?

Remember that topping up (your credit balance) is not the same as buying membership.

After topping up your credit balance you still need to buy membership.

It would help if you answered the questions that I asked in my first post:

What does your online account say about your memberhship status, expiry date and cash credit balance?

If you just topped up your credit balance then you still need to buy membership - you can do this and pay for it from yorur credit balance by texting the relevant code to 1745:

 

How do I buy stuff by text?

OK - so you topped up your credit balance but never bought membership.

If you want €10 Guido membership then text "guido" (without the quotes) to 1745.
