I topped up €10 yesterday but it says nit paid cab you please help

Great - glad it helped.

This means that your membership will expire at midnight on 14th June 2014 and you need to buy a new one then or beforehand.

Note that if you buy one beforehand your current membership still runs until 14th June.

If you happen to use up membership allowances before 14th of the month then you can buy add-ons to tide you over:

When buying membership you can either topup your credit balance and then buy the membership/add-ons online or by text and pay for them from your credit balance. Or you can buy them directly and pay for them by credit card online. You won't need cash credit on your account unless you use any of the services not covered by membership allowances:

I did that it's working now it says the time left and when it will be expired whch is next month thanks you for your help
