48 keep sending me out dual sim instead of nano, 3 times now

Terrible customer service, 3 times I have requested a nano sim but have received a dual sim each time,

That's odd.

Are you definitely selecting the nano SIM option?

Any time I have requested a SIM they have always sent the correct size that I requested.

Probably best to contact 48 support directly and ask them to send you a nano SIM?
