48 does not support my Moto G4XT1622 dual sim phone

It has XT1621 phone (same phone)1 sim card slot on the list of phones that support internet setting but it keeps telling me it does not support mine

What is the exact message that you are getting?

And where - e.g. on the phone, on the website etc.?

 

Have you tried manually configuring the settings?

Yeah once I changed some of the settings I am now connected to the internet.
