Move to 48

Dear 48 Support Team,
I need help with transferring my existing An Post Mobile number to my new 48 SIM.
Yesterday I used the “Move Your Number” option in My48 and requested to transfer my existing number to 48. However, my My48 account still shows the temporary 48 number, and I have not received any SMS or confirmation that the transfer has been completed.
My An Post SIM is still in my phone because I want to keep my existing number.
Today I have also paid €48 for my 48 plan. I have not inserted the new 48 SIM yet because I want to make sure that my existing number will be transferred to it.

Did you receive the porting security code by text message while your An Post SIM was installed and working in your phone? 

What happens if you try to submit a porting request again if necessary? 

What exactly did you pay €48 for?

There's no membership plan that costs €48.

I need your urgent help with my 48 SIM and service.
I activated my 48 SIM approximately one month ago. Yesterday, I paid for my 48 monthly plan, and today my existing A Post Mobile number was successfully transferred to 48.
However, my 48 SIM still does not appear to be working. I have no mobile data, I cannot make or receive calls, and I cannot send or receive text messages.
I have already checked my phone settings, and everything appears to be set up correctly.
Could you please check whether my SIM is fully activated and whether my plan and number transfer have been correctly activated on my account? Could you also please check why I have no service at all?
I would really appreciate your urgent assistance, as I currently have no mobile service or internet.
