top Up problem

I topped up by 10 euro then I text monthly to 1745 I was then text that I has run out of minutes I topped up by another ten euro and the same again anyone else have this problem? ?

Thank you this has solved my problem, didnt realise that the date of membership is not up yet, feel so stupid.

And your cash credit balance should not be €20 if you bought two €10 memberships as you have paid up front for these.
Membership purchases are not reflected in your cash credit balance.
You should read the FAQs on membership versus cash credit as you seem to be confusing the two.

Always remember that if you have used up any/all membership allowances before the membership month is up then you need to buy add-ons to continue using the relevant services (e.g. mobile calls, landline calls, texts, data).
