Hi all, I moved my son to the 12.99 payment plan, but the option for gifting a payment doesn’t work. I’ve checked with 48 and my bank. 48 took my money out of my bank account for 2 months but no payment was made on my sons account for those 2 months....
Reset email doesnt arrive? Tried a couple of times. Have checked, email is correct, and its not in spam folder? Is there another way to change your pw?
