Using credit balance instead of bank card for purchases

I have a Credit Balance of €5.01 on my account. When I set auto-renewal, it never uses the existing Credit Balance and instead charges entirely from my bank card. Can I first top up €7.99 and then manually purchase a €12.99 plan using the credit balance without charging my bank card?

Many thanks.

I don't think that auto-renewal ever uses cash credit on your account.

If you want to use to the €5 cash credit on your account then you'll probably need to add another €8 cash credit to give you €13 and then use that to manually buy a membership that will stack on your account to kick in next month thus skipping auto-renewal for one month.
