Dear Sir and Madam,
I contacted the agent before I purchased a plan. I asked that if the student membership eligible for the second month free. The agent said that the student membership is eligible for the second month free. And I made my desicion, bought student membership. ButI realised that there is no second month free and I haven't received my free credit.
I have a screenshot of the agent.
Could you please help me to have my second month free? I have misinformed and your agent effected my decision.
