9.99 promotiao offer not showing and student offer not showi

I enterd into a offer of 9.99 per month for 12-24 months and i tried taking money but my card i kept frozen so it couldnt take and now i am without plan

when i try to recharge in website but it doesnt show up  9.99 instead 10.99 and student offer also npt showing up

Are you sure that you qualify for the €3 discount off the €12.99 plan or the student offer?

If you proceed to the checkout does it show the €3 discount off the €12.99 plan just before you last for your first plan? 

You obviously need your payment card unfrozen via your online banking for the first manual membership plan purchase and subsequent auto-renewal plan purchases to work.
