What exactly are the symptoms of the problem?
Any error messages on the phone or when you log into your My48 account?
When was it working ok last?
When did you last buy a monthly membership plan?
If it was more than 6 months ago then that is probably the issue as 48 suspends SIMs if you don't buy a membership plan for 6 months.
You may need to contact 48 support for assistance with this issue.
