My network is suspended.. I already put the request to lift this up. How long normally it takes to lift ?

You mean for breaching the fair usage limits?
If so then you are suspended for the remainder of your current membership month period.
Once that expired then you need to contact 48 support to ask them to lift the suspension:

Note that if you are suspended for a second time then it's for good.
