Suspension due to data over use

I was being very careful not to go over my data limit as I it a "friendly warning". I was not keeping my 3G on all the time as I would of done with previous networks! I also downloaded the 48 app specifically to keep track of how much internet i was meant to have remaining and it says I have 6.20GB remaining? Why is it saying I have so much data left if I have now been suspended?

If you still have 6.2GB of data left but are suspended then I suspect that you breached the fair usage limite for calls or texts and not data?

Contact 48 support and ask them for clarification:

If you are suspended then when your current membership expires you will need to contact 48 support again to get reinstated before buying a new membership to be able to use services again.
